Fit & Strong (Tuesday)

This small group training session will start with a full body warm up followed by some strength training using bodyweight, resistance bands and hand held weights to tone your muscles and strengthen your bones.  We will then complete a short, sharp cardio workout that will improve your heart health and lung function when done regularly.  We will end the session with a stretch to cool down. Ideal for anyone who wants the benefits of both types of training.
