Strong & Toned (Thursday)

In this session we aim to build your strength and tone your muscles using resistance bands and a variety of hand held weights combined with bodyweight exercises.  We will stretch all the muscles we have worked at the end of the session to help relax the body and minimise the risk of post workout aches and pains.

Fit and Strong (Thursday)

This small group personal training session will start with some strength training using bodyweight, resistance bands and hand held weights to tone your muscles and strengthen your bones.  We will follow this up with a short, sharp cardio workout which will burn calories even when you have left the class.  Ideal for anyone who wants the benefits of both types of training.
