Small group training sessions for up to six women
These sessions run through out the school term times and are 45 minutes long. They are held outside (under cover when the weather is damp) using equipment from my home gym in Sutton Courtenay, Abingdon.
As we get older our risk of heart disease, stroke, obesity, diabetes, osteoarthritis and muscle wastage increases but by regularly raising our heart rates and training with resistance (weights) we can lower this risk significantly. Exercising with other like minded women while having a chat and a giggle will also improve our mental health as well as releasing those endorphins that help us feel great.
All movements will be adapted to each persons ability and fitness levels and so are suitable for every woman. Ladies new (or returning) to exercise are absolutely encouraged to come along and start their fitness journey in a private space where the focus is on moving for well being and enjoyment.
Strong & Toned will help strengthen muscles using body weight, resistance bands and hand held weights helping you to build lean muscle and strong bones
Fit & Strong is a combination of strength and cardio training. We begin with 4-6 resistance training exercises and finish with a short sharp cardio workout – perfect if you want a bit of both types of training
When you arrive please come round into the back garden – the gate will be open.
Sessions are £6 per person or you can purchase a 10 class pass for £54.
