Following your initial consultation I can offer whatever you need to meet your goals such as the following
£45.00 for a 1 hour face to face session that includes nutritional advice, habit change advice and an action plan for you to take away.
£80.00 for a 1 hour face to face session (as above) plus a 1 hour face to face follow up session two-four weeks later with a revised action plan for you to take away.
£150.00 for a complete 8 week plan. This includes a full food diary analysis, nutritional advice, habit change advice, a comprehensive action plan along with support over the course of 8 weeks. This would involve a 60-90 minute in-depth consultation followed by 4 face to face meetings (one per fortnight) that would last from 30-60 minutes. You will also receive support via email, text message, phone call or face time as and when you need it.
