I offer Personal Training sessions (one off, ad hoc or regular) and complete programs that are unique to you and your health, fitness and lifestyle goals. I run sessions from my well equipped home gym or I can come to you. It is entirely up to you and what you would feel most comfortable with.
If going to ‘the gym’ or group classes isn’t your thing then maybe you would like one to one sessions with a female coach who understands the pressures that modern life can impose on women. I am a busy mum and wife with a home to run and dogs to walk so I understand the challenges we face!
I offer an initial consultation for us to get to know each other and for me to learn about what you want to achieve in terms of health and fitness. We will then work together to set realistic goals and form a completely individual plan to help you achieve them. This can include a bespoke fitness program, personalised nutritional coaching, regular support to help you stay on target and a listening ear when you are finding it tough. Whatever your requirements we can work together to devise a program to suit you.
A Personal Training session is £45.00 per hour which can be shared between two people if you would like to train with a friend.
